Days 4 & 5: Relax in Sihanoukville, which has some wonderful beaches. Day 6: Wonder at the lake and village life around Kanpong Chhnang on the Tonle Sap. 
Days 7 & 8: Be enchanted by the stunning scenery and villages around Battambang. Ride the unique Bamboo  Train. Days 9 to 11: Explore the incredible temples of the Angkor Kingdom.

Sample itinerary:
Days 1 to 3: Phnom Penh, visiting the Royal Palace, Wat Phnom, S21 Genocide Museum, Killing Fields, Udong, Central and Russian Markets, Mekong River. Day 4: Kampong Chhnang. Unique lakeside life
Days 5 to 7: Battambang. Superb countryside and village life, Bamboo Train, Phnom Sampou, Khmer Rough Killing Caves, Wat Ek Phnom. Day 8: Lake crossing to Siem Reap via Prek Toal.
Days 9 to 13: Siem Reap. Experience the wonder of Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom. Visit ,Kampong Khleang and marvel at the largest community on the Tonle Sap. Explore the incredible jungle temple of Beng Mealea. Get involved with a volunteer project in Siem Reap for a few days.
Day 14:: Kompong Thom. Day 15: Phnom Penh.
